Peter Berry has become an established and highly respected name in the PR industry for heading up Jamie Oliver’s UK and global PR for the last 14 years. He has spent 25 years working with some of the world’s biggest celebrities and events; a diverse list which includes Britney Spears, Michael Caine, Meat Loaf, The Who, Steps, Michael Flatley, James Stewart, the MOBO Awards, R Kelly, George Benson and Ken Dodd.
Trained by PR legends Theo Cowan and Laurie Bellew, he spent the early 90's launching Channel 4’s US imports to an unsuspecting UK public (Friends; The Oprah Winfrey Show; E.R.; Roseanne; hundreds of others) before moving to Zomba Records as Head of Press. After four years, Peter made a move to The Outside Organisation, one of the UK’s best-known music and celebrity PR agencies.
It was here that he was assigned a new client, Jamie Oliver, in August 2001. After five years, Peter was enticed in-house at Jamie Oliver Ltd. where he spent nine years planning and implementing campaigns for 10 books (with Penguin Publishing); 15 series and one-off TV specials (with Channel 4), and a number of other commercial projects including food products and restaurants. Peter has also worked on a wide variety of Jamie’s UK and global campaigns.
As a result of the above, Peter has built and nurtured an unrivalled media contact list.
Chloe Green has represented the businesses of some of the UK’s leading food personalities including Gordon Ramsay and Jamie Oliver.
Starting her PR journey in 2005 at respected restaurant and lifestyle agency Sauce Communications, Chloe swiftly climbed her way up the PR ladder whilst working with a broad range of foodie clients from Phaidon Publishing to restaurant groups including Wahaca and Galvin Restaurants. It was during this time she began working with Gordon Ramsay and the Group's stable of chefs, namely Angela Hartnett, Marcus Wareing and Mark Sargeant, building their profiles in the industry and beyond.
After five years honing her skills at Sauce, Chloe was invited to move in-house to Gordon Ramsay Holdings as PR Director, where she looked after the press for the company's large collection of restaurants, in the UK and internationally. She also oversaw the publicity for Gordon Ramsay’s commercial projects and events.
In early 2012 Chloe took the role of Head of PR for the Jamie Oliver Restaurant Group, representing its ever expanding collection of high street restaurants, Jamie’s Italian, as well as their other eateries, Barbecoa and Fifteen. During her time at Jamie Oliver Chloe handled the press for over 30 UK restaurant openings as well as implementing on-going campaigns across the Group and managing the publicity for 15 international restaurants, working closely with the Group's franchise partners.
